We manage the evidence work behind a Digital Product Passport: organizing supplier documents, extracting and normalizing candidate values, preserving source references, identifying gaps and conflicts, preparing supplier follow-up, and delivering structured records.

Yes. The service is platform-neutral. We agree the destination schema and prepare the handoff; your platform continues to host and publish the passport. Compatibility with a particular provider is confirmed during scoping.

No. We organize and trace the evidence supplied to us. We do not certify supplier truth, provide legal advice, carry out conformity assessment, or guarantee compliance. The responsible economic operator retains those decisions.

Missing evidence enters an action register. Conflicting values remain visible, with their sources, until a responsible person resolves them. Unsupported or unresolved values are not silently approved for export.

Supplier requests can be prepared as part of the service. Contacting suppliers requires your authorization and an agreed scope; the website never sends a supplier request automatically.

We scope work around unique models, configurations, evidence sets, suppliers, documents, and exceptions. Shared evidence can be mapped to appropriate product instances. Physical battery count alone does not determine effort; capacity and delivery times are agreed for each project.

Production retention and deletion controls are still being prepared. The proposed workflow includes customer receipt confirmation and a reversible 48-hour closeout period before controlled deletion. Final retention, backup expiry, and any legal exceptions must be agreed and verified before customer files are accepted.

Product families, configurations, document volume and quality, supplier count, gaps, conflicts, review effort, and destination mapping. The starting prices are indicative pre-launch proposals; your written scope and quote define the work.

Optional fulfilment can be scoped after your DPP platform provides the passport destination. Label specifications, quantity, material, durability, shipping, and a specialist supplier quote determine the price. No manufacturing partnership is claimed.
