This draft explains the pre-launch website and the decisions required before production service begins.
Current website
The interactive evidence demo uses fictional data. Assessment answers are sent to Netlify Forms only when you click Send my request. Netlify processes and stores your contact details, answers, selected service, request reference and receipt time for Quartzspan to follow up. Form notifications, when configured, are delivered to founders@quartzspan.com; Google Workspace processes that email. Request records are outside the public website and retained until the operator removes them; the final retention schedule is still pending review. Other inquiry forms prepare drafts in the current page and do not submit to the server. No answers are stored in browser storage. No account or document-upload service is offered.
Email contact
Clicking an email link opens your email application. Prepared drafts include only the information you entered. These optional email drafts are sent only when you press Send in your email app. They are separate from website assessment submissions. Your email provider and the recipient’s email service then process the message. Contact founders@quartzspan.com for privacy questions; do not send confidential product files at this stage.
Website delivery
The hosting service receives normal connection information needed to serve the website and may maintain technical logs under its own policies. No marketing trackers or advertising analytics are installed by this site. Fonts and images are served as website assets.
Future service and ownership
Customer evidence remains customer-owned. A future service must limit processing to the agreed purpose and document business identity, product and supplier data, support, security, and legal obligations in applicable terms.
Retention and deletion
The proposed project-closeout design includes receipt confirmation and a reversible 48-hour grace period before controlled deletion. This is not operational. Final schedules, backup expiry, legal exceptions, and contact-record retention require professional and technical review.
Details required before public launch
Confirmed controller identity, lawful bases, a rights-request process, supervisory-authority information, retention schedules, actual subprocessors, processing locations, and any international-transfer arrangements must be completed before launch. This draft is not lawyer-approved.
