We scope the annual workload and available capacity together. Every new task stays subject to an agreed quote; the partnership does not include unlimited work or open-ended supplier chasing.

How your estimate works

Start with the €6,900 Launch Support scope: 10 related models, 100 documents, 2,000 pages, 10 suppliers and 5,000 spreadsheet rows in one family.

  • €50 per additional related model.
  • €100 per additional supplier.
  • Extra volume: €5 per additional document, €0.50 per additional page or €0.05 per additional spreadsheet row. Only the highest of these three charges applies.

The total is rounded up to €100. This is an indicative estimate, excluding VAT. Passport hosting, publication, physical labels, shipping, certification and legal advice remain separate.

Exactly when the diagnostic credit applies

For the same customer and family, agree an upgrade within 60 days of diagnostic delivery. Existing work must be reusable within the new scope. Credit equals the diagnostic amount actually paid, up to €1,490. It is a fee offset, not a cash refund. New evidence and extra work are quoted separately. The written quote confirms eligibility and the final total.

A fully eligible €1,490 credit against the €6,900 Launch Support starting scope leaves €5,410 in additional fees.

What happens when evidence is missing?

It stays missing or unresolved, with a source request or review action. Payment and project completion never approve an unsupported value. Supplier responses cannot be guaranteed.

Can we work together under an annual agreement?

Yes. We can propose a 12-month service partnership for an agreed workload, with partner rates and planned capacity. Each job still needs an approved fixed quote, delivery date and completion criteria. Discounts, commitments and contract terms are agreed in writing.

Is this a passport-hosting subscription?

No. These are one-off evidence-service starting scopes. A platform subscription, ongoing updates and passport publishing may still be needed separately.

How does payment work?

The working proposal is 50% before project activation and 50% when the checked delivery is ready, before final release. Signed scope confirms fees, tax and approved payment terms. This website takes no payment.

Are these compliance or delivery-time guarantees?

No. Timing depends on document condition, supplier responses and agreed capacity. Readiness is not legal compliance; we do not certify supplier truth. Your written scope records dependencies and schedule.

Can I inspect the output?

The interactive demo and sample report show fictional evidence with sample CSV/JSON downloads. They demonstrate the format, not a completed customer project or production processing service.
